The plan of Upper starts out as a free trial, which you can access for 7 days without entering your credit card details. At any time, you can upgrade to a paid plan of your choice.

Once your 7 days free trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan as per your requirements. There is no need to create a new account to start with the paid plan, just add your billing details and card information in your free account to upgrade to the paid plan. All your data and settings from your free plan will remain as it is, unless its changed from your end.

In your 7 days free trial you can enjoy all features of Professional plan.

Nope! We respect our customers’ decision no matter what it is. So, if you no longer need the service, you can cancel the subscription anytime and there are no cancellation fees for the same. At the end of the billing period, your account will go dormant. We may remove your account and data permanently after a certain period of time.

You can cancel your ongoing plan whenever you want and you’ll stop being charged immediately. There is no need to sign a multi-year contract or alert us months before the next renewal.

Yes, you can add as many users as you need to the Starter plan if you select the Starter plan while upgrading. All users are billed $50 per month each after the 7 days free trial, and there is no fixed limit on the number of users you can add.

It allows up to 250 stops per route and includes Starter features such as route planning, import stops, vehicle type customization, marketplace access, curbside delivery, and the ability to download and send reports. • The Professional plan is built for businesses that need more power and flexibility. It supports up to 500 stops per route and includes everything in the Starter plan, along with advanced features like live tracking for admins, proof of delivery (POD), in-transit route changes, time window customization, customer email notifications, contacts, Shopify integration, export to Garmin, custom fields, and priority support.

Both plans are billed on a per-user, per-month basis and include unlimited routes and the Driver App. The main difference lies in the number of stops per route and the additional advanced features offered in the Professional plan.
